Envelope MIDI + CC.amxd

Trigger Ableton's Envelope MIDI device manually or with CC, thanks to the added mappable button and number box (in case you want to retain CC value as velocity). Adds the option to select which sources you want to trigger the device with: incoming notes, incoming CC, mapped CC or simply all of them. Enjoy!
